At Marina Swimwear, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping to all of our customers. We deliver within 3-6 working days from the order date, and all orders are shipped using DHL Express.

Delivery Time:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to most countries within the EU. However, please note that some countries may have restrictions or additional customs charges that we are not responsible for. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us.
Failed Delivery:
If our carrier attempts to deliver your order and is unsuccessful, they will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or pick up. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order after several attempts, your order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional shipping cost.

Can I combine orders?
Marinatr.com, if your order has not been prepared yet, if you choose the same address and the same payment method, your orders will be combined in one package and you will not pay any additional shipping charges.
How can I order?
You can add the products you want to buy in the product detail to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. After collecting the products in your cart, click on the “Make Payment” button.
On the screen that opens, you will be asked to enter your address and payment information.
You can follow these pages step by step and click “Complete Order” to complete your order.

How many sizes should I get?
You can choose the size you wear in your daily life from our website. You can also get information by examining the “Size Chart” tab in the details of the products on our site.
Is there a difference between the sizes abroad and the sizes in Turkiye?
Sizes in Türkiye and abroad are the same. Our products are all EU sizes. For detailed information about your overseas orders, visit the “Abroad” tab in the “Customer Services” section.
Return Policy
You have the right to return your purchases within 30 days from the delivery date of the order. It is expected that the returned items are in appropriate conditions, not damaged/worn.
If you want to return or exchange, the shipping fee belongs to the sender.
FOR RETURN;
At this address, you need to type your order number and your email address to make a request. Return requests are answered within 2 working days.
Once approved, you will receive an email upon approval with instructions on where and how to return your order.

– For the purchases made with credit cards, the refund amount will be reflected on your credit card within 5 working days after we receive the product.
-All shipment and customs charges incurred in the returns sent from abroad belong to the customers. These charges will also be deducted from the refund amount if the shipment and customs charges are paid by our side.
– We recommend that you write ” Return Product ” on the box and tell this to the shipment company because of the customs and other tax charges that may be incurred.
– Considering the additional shipment and customs charges that may be incurred, changes for the orders received outside of Turkey are not accepted. After you return your items, you can give a new order.
RETURN AND CHANGE CONDITIONS
Our company protects consumer rights and puts a very high importance to customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction or any problems caused by production and service that you may have with your purchased products, are meticulously evaluated and resolved in the shortest time possible.
Below you can find the requirements for us to be able to serve you better and faster with regard to returning your product. If any of them is missing, the return of the product is not accepted.
If the product is return with a refund request, the shipment fee if deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping costs of shipments not accepted due to customs expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
THE RETURN PRODUCT
a- Used or damaged products will not be accepted.
b-The product to be returned must be delivered in the same condition as it was received, with the standard accessories, complete and undamaged within 60 days.
OTHER CONDITIONS and RETURN SHIPMENT FEE
a- The shipment fee for the product(s) you want to return is not covered by our company.
b- On the condition that the products are delivered in accordance with the return conditions to our Quality Assurance Department, the refund amount will be processed on the same. It will take 5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account, after your shipment of the return product reaches us. Credit card refunds are also reflected in the account within 5 working days.
c- When you make your payment by credit card with installment option, the product price will be returned to your credit card every month divided by the installment number.
d- On the condition that multiple products are purchased and multiple products are returned, if the discount is applied, the discount is deducted from the refund amount.
SHIPMENT OF THE RETURN PRODUCT
The fee for the shipments sent as counter-payment will be deducted from the refund amount and it will be reflected on the customer side.
General return conditions are as below;
Returns should be sent with the original box or packaging. Return of the products, that are sent with damaged box / packaging (e.g. products with shipment tag put on the original box or the box strapped with packaging tape are not accepted), are not resalable, would not be bought by another customer, will not be accepted. If the product(s) you want to return are defective, the shipment fee is paid by our company. In this case, you need to send with our contractual shipment companies. Otherwise, the shipping fee is charged on you.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Dear customer, you can cancel orders for the product you misordered or don’t want to buy anymore. In order for the cancellation process to take place quickly, please contact us using the phone number in the contact part. There might be some delays in contacting by e-mail. Sometimes the e-mails might be checked late due to the busy days. And thus, product is sometimes shipped already. If the product is not shipped during the cancellation process, the money will be refunded in the same way as you carried out the transaction. If the product is shipped, shipment fees or charges will be deducted.

Return Policy:
At Marina Swimwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We make the return process easy and free for our customers.

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a full refund.

- Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect the products and issue your refund within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.
